Christmas is coming.....
Well, fuck me. Fucking December. Would you fucking believe it? (Sorry for gratuitous use of the word fuck in that last sentence).
I once again find myself in Copacabana in Bolivia about 5 months after I was here originally. Love this place. Apart from the fact that you can get a big steak dinner for about 2 quid, the weather is great and the people are nice and friendly. Couldn't ask for more.
Gonna head to La Paz tomorrow and spend a few days doing.......not a lot. Going to do my Xmas shopping and for those whom have not already had an xmas prezzie bought for them, I'm hoping for some "royal mail moments". From La Paz I have exactly NO idea where I am going except that I have a bit over 2 weeks in which to get myself to Buenos Aires for 1st) a friend's birthday party and 2nd) my flight home. The second of which is rather important.
I've been terrible at emailing in the last few weeks - just got to the stage where I'm gonna be home soon anyway and, frankly, I'm tired. Very fucking tired. (Have refrained from using the word fuck since my first sentence - you notice?). I just want to go home now. Have had enough. It's been almost 5 and-a-half months. More than enough. So, sorry if this sounds like I'm moaning. I'm not really. I realise how lucky I am having spent half of my university year in South America, not having to do "real" Uni work. But it's been hard at the same time. Different ways of testing myself. Seem to have come through ok though and have met some amazing people. All in all, good.
Will be on a plane 3 weeks from now.
Coming back to all that I miss and all that I don't.
Miss a lot though.
