1. What were your fears about moving from Russia to Canada? What were you looking forward to?
I was really afraid of being too homesick or that it would be too different and I would never fit in or find friends or a job. I am very close to my friends and family in Russia so I was really afraid to leave them, and I didn't know things like how government works and things like that. But I looked forward to getting out of Pskov, it is very much the same culture and everything in the whole town and I didn't really travel very much (like I had gone to Moscow of course, and Ukraine and some other close places but everything is very close to the same) so I was looking forward to the different cultures and everything, plus I get to be independent kind of and also spend more time with my brother, since we live together.
2. Where is your favorite vacation spot?
I like to go to Niagara Falls for vacation, it is so beautiful and there's so much fun things to do there. I like going in winter too, it looks even prettier for some reason.
3. I know you like scary movies, have you ever been terrified after watching one?
I get scared after basically everyone that I watch!!! Everyone always makes fun of me... I love scary movies, but I am so like easy to be scared, I have my eyes covered for half the movie anyway. And then I walk through my house at night and any little noise scares me so much, even my cat. It's so funny.
4. What is something you miss about your childhood?
I think my most missed thing is my grandmother coming over every other weekend and bringing over her amazing black bread. mmmm I almost never eat any bread because hers is so good and I miss it. :(
5. If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would you want and why?
I don't think I can pick just one,I love animals so much!!! Can I just own a zoo? lol
