Fail!
Well I never really thought it would be so hard to get drunk alone, especially if you had about $40 in various drinks. But I guess it is. I had Rum, Butterscotch snapps, and this strawberry tequila thing which was so good! I guess you could say I wasn't really in the mood which may have had something to do with it, or the massive amount of pancakes I ate an hour before hand. Fluffy bastards soaked up all my alcohol!!! Either way I didn't make a negative trip to the bathroom. Which in the long run is a plus I must admit, but damn it I wanted to be drunk and yet I failed. I had a nice buzz going but that was about it, as I slamed into all the walls from the kitchen to my bedroom. XD
Either way I set to work around 8:00 or so while watching PGSM (XD) Thank you Mel I love it so! But I started with "Butterbeer" Which I didn't bother looking for the recipe that I do have. Instead lazyness over came and I just mixed the snapps with cream soda. It was ok but it seemed like it was missing something. The flavour was a bit off or I added too much of one thing or the other. Either way I think I'll try and find the recipe again before i try it. After that was gone I moved onto the tequila. (Which I was sneaking shots of inbetween the butterbeer) I tried it straight first cause i've never had the stuff before but my co-worker told me to mix it with milk. Both ways are so good. And the after taste is amazing! It's like strawberry milk, but it's not as creamy. I kinda want to mix it with some vanilla ice cream and make a sort of milkshake out of it. I think that would be really good. But the last drink I had which was just before bed XD was rum and coke which I made too strong in my already tipsy state. I'm surprised I was able to make it down the stairs and back in on piece without tripping stumbling or flat out falling on my face. But that really is about it. So I guess Jackies just fails when in comes to trying to get drunk alone. I need friends to do it with, I guess cause that way I don't notice how much I drink and I kinda want to see who finishes first and gage myself accordingly. Sigh oh well. First post in about a month or so. Hope it was entertaining.
