Totally appalled at this ending (in the good way). It was one thing to see the horrors of hell and be torn to pieces over and over again, but to be broken and to completely lose your humanity... guh. Jensen Ackles gave such a brilliant performance in this scene I cried with him and still brings tears to my eyes whenever I repeat the episode.
