5.08 "Changing Channels"
All the episodes involving the Trickster were damn hilarious, but I have special love for 'Changing Channels' because of the epic reveal that the pagan god is really Gabriel. Not to mention Sampala, Sam with genital herpes, and CSI!Winchesters. Funniest of all is Dean exposing his love for Dr. Sexy, MD, which just goes to show that Dean being bi and liking his angel way more than he should wouldn't be a much of a stretch *grins*
