berkeley! atsui! ;-;
uh so last night I went to sleep at like, 3. -cri-
woke up at 9-ish to go to berkeley, cus there's no way in hell I'm going to go on BART by myself, but my brother has to go early to go for research/work. I had some thing to go to at like, 4PM. :|
so anyway,
it was
effing hot.
the event thing was "business casual" so I wore a dress shirt and sDFSFDJ TOTALLY SWEATED MYSELF CRAZY IN THAT THING. PLUS PANTS AHHHH -CRI-
I don't know. hawaii wasn't even this hot. it was really nice, actually. but today....omfghghsdlgkhsdgag
so.
when we got to berkeley at like, 11-something, we went to my brother's research lab and I was playing around on a phone game that I'd drawn sprites for. it's not done yet, but it's oddly addicting...
I kept crashing my planes though. I need to draw explosions for those crashes HEHE
then at 12 we went to the commuter group meeting. there were a lot of commuters. P: I met one guy who commutes to/from fremont on BART, and at least his first classes are at similar times to mine. sort of.
of course, my mom would LOVE that I'd commute with a guy. of course she would. :BBBBB
so anyway, mm food. after the meeting, I called mel to come over to the plaza so we could hang out.
you know. I swear like none of the freaking buildings have aircon GAWDWTFFPLS
anyway, mel came after a little and we waited in the bookstore (slightly! cooler) until steph and their roomie and some other friend came. we walked over to jamba juice (which had a hell of a line) and got some, then proceeded to steph's/mel's dorm. we found nate lounging in the common room lol.
their room is pretty big, and nice. it's a triple suite. P: why's everyone going triple lol?? well whatever.
I had to leave soon to go to that event thing, which was nearly fffing across campus. like, their dorm is southeast, and the building was northwest. gg
jeremy joined me at the event thing, which was held OUTFREAKINGSIDE so it was SO HOT and I felt like throwing up because it was so hot =_=''
so blah blah event lasts forever then afterwards we walked over to cory hall to meet up with my brother. he was playing xbox with another IEEE member on a big projector screen in one of the classrooms LOL. I tried playing but I couldn't get used to the controls at all, so I just turned on my laptop and read arama and talked to my friend over AIM
then we went over to wheeler for a new student welcoming night or something, sponsored by gracepoint church and their three fellowships. but the 6:00PM event was full, so we got shoved to the 8:00PM one. so while we waited, we followed some people my brother knew to get frozen yogurt, but the froyo's machines broke ON LIKE THE FREAKING HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR LOL FAILLLL (they were open earlier when we went to jambajuice though...). so we went to some boba place. I just stood there outside and was talked to by people (I don't like boba)...I've been talked to by people like all freaking day and I hate it and I'm going to forget all of them and ughhhh I'd look away all the time and they just keeptalkinsgdlgkhsdgSDGLKAHHH -cri-
then........hmmmm.....after that.......I don't know. eventually we went back to wheeler hall to wait for the 8:00PM event to start and blah blah singing and chapel-ness and skits and videos.... @_@
then free korean BBQ! 0: there were some icebreakers and games and blahhh.
it was like a super CCS renunion I swear. I only didn't see ellen.... o_o; and simon.
there were older CCS people there too lawl. i d k 0: one of them, two years older than us, is the son of gracepoint's pastor, so he's really well known.
when people ask what school I come from, it's like
