Yay for Stephen!

I have been on such a Master and Commander kick lately.  I've been listening to "LMNDSDM" over and over and over!  (For the real title, see below.  It's long.)  It's probably because I'm reading the novel by Patrick O'Brian.  I even made new icons with it, but they're kinda lame.

And yes, it's been a long time since I've posted.  Mijn verontschuldigingen.

Anyway, I got my final grades back!  Pre-Calculus was the only was I'm ashamed of: a D+ on the final and a 79 overall.  :|  I hated that class so much.

But!  Physics, B; Spanish III, A; AP US History, A; Honors British Literature, A+ (with a 95% on the final!); Christian Doctrine, A+; and Mythology, A+.  :)  All my hard work paid off!

Ahh, the museum internship starts on Tuesday!  I'm not nervous at all.  :\

And Taming the Tides is going well.  At least, the writing is.  I had a month or two of complete writer's block, but now my muse is back and she's working overtime.  9 Word pages in a few hours!  :O  I love the way it's turning out, but apparently not all of my readers do.  I have fewer than 200 reviews for 22 chapters (that's 8 reviews a chapter, average) whereas "Sea Rat" had an average of 12 per chapter.  :(  'Tis sad.  They're not liking how Enna is falling out of love with Peter and in love with Aramir.  You know what I have to say to that?  THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN!  It's not a happily-ever-after romance fic!  It's an action/adventure drama fic, with a PeterOC tag.  And it's PeterOC because Enna and Peter are MARRIED.

Aren't stories more interesting when the queen starts to wish she hadn't married the high king and there's the very real possibility of a treasonous affair with a knight?

Yes.  Those kinds of stories are much better than "girl meets king, marries him and has kinglets."  Trust me.  I've written those before.

Anyway.
Well, I think I need to update the Funny Farm story now!  I've had some obnoxious PMs bugging me to update.  XD  Adios!
