so since monday i've lost 6 lbs. according to my scale this morning. although with what ive eaten today ill surely gain half of it back. and i know that its mostly water weight. its just odd to see it drop so rapidly when ive really still been eating. i could see it drop like that if i were to fast... but i just cut my cals in half approximately. but i havent gone to the gym.. just a concert yesterday & walked a shit load. but thats like nothing. i do feel better.. just the bloated feeling is gone a bit. i dunno. im rambling but i just felt like getting it out.
