Wed. Night Celebration!
Yeah Wed. for only having one class. Took notes today afterwards, visited my Biology professor, got a little bit of a boost. Got Eric's picture... he's visiting Friday, ahh! Went food shopping with Amberly, we also got some yummy sugarly stuff to have while we watched our movie of the eveing "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" ... we decided that Wed. nights will be our celebration nights just because we aren't doing much of anything. Although I spent from 10:30 - 2:30 doing my laundry because all the dryers were messed up. Oh and I also have Jersey sheets... they rock socks... and they match my other sheet's throw sheet thing... it makes me happy ^.^
Just 20 Random Things About Me...Stole the Idea from Nicole-ee-o-le-o!
1 - I am rarely ever at home in my own space. I have issues with being in my own room for an extended amount of time. I perfer just to use it to sleep and read in, anything besides that just seems out of sorts. It probably has something to do with the fact that I spend about 12 hours a day during the summer working that I just don't feel like I need to be in my room ever. But even at school I perfer to curl up and nap in other people's rooms ^.^
2 - I currently have 10 different types of tea in my room...we're talking 200 teabags, 9 of them which were a Valentine's Day gift from Eric. His plan is that they will last me all the way through senior year of college. They are also separated into different types: "Fruity, Chill Out, and Chai Teas" ...I'm a total dork.
3 - Before I was "Death" I was "Da Baby" in high school... from the "Da Crew"...yeah don't ask.
4 - The first time I ever felt I really belonged with a group of friends and people was when I went for a summer session course at Brown University before my senior year of high school. It opened up my perspective of college... but that was all shot down when I decided to go to the legacy college of the family, Fordham...yeah legacy!
5 - My one pet peeve is when people chew with their mouth's open. It kills me. Maybe it was because my mom always told me to chew with my mouth closed when I wa sa kid, but I just cna't stand it when I see someone do it, especially the noise it makes. One of my roommates did it freshman year and I am surprised I didn't kill her for it.
6 - I don't beleive in voice lessons. Training your voice is you can do all on your own. I went to NYSMMA and scored over 95 both times, only reason I did so bad was becuase I didn't know how to read music ^.^ ...Giving up your money to people who say they can train your voice is stupid
7 - On that note... I tried to teach myself pointe freshman year. After about 2 months my feet started to hurt, apparently it isn't a good idea to try and teach yourself pointe when you don't know if your feet are strong enough to deal with it.
8 - I daydream about 65% of the day away.
9 - I've only been truly upset over the death of one person in my life: Kathy Kenny, crying for 4 days straight and locking myself in my room for 2 of them.
10 - I don't break promises, farthest back I can remember is one from 3rd grade that Tom O'Donnell told me but shhhh it's a secret, I can't tell you ^.^
11 - My very chipper, happy mood is very similar to that of Gir from Invader Zim, I even talk somewhat likea girly version of him... somehow I acquired it after watching the DVDs... they just put me in a really good mood.
12 - I have only truly been in love once in my life, so far. I love very easily and would give up a lot for other people and care for them like any close friend or even sister would.
13 - When I'm having a really bad day on campus I will leave and usually visit someone for the evening for dinner, book shopping, diner visit, shopping, just plain hanging out... I just have a big issue with going back to a blankish type room and facing the same shit right after a let down day.
14 - I have purchased underwear from the Victoria Secret "Pink" collection just to get a little pink plushy dog... they are now my favorite underwear to wear ^.^
15 - Once I meet a person, they are stuck with me as their friend for life, unless they really do something to piss me off.
16 - I have been doing make artistry for about 8 years now in shows and at events and yet I still can't do my own makeup... I always have to get someone else to do a lot of it because I hate how it turns out.
17 - I have big issues with people who don't listen when I say "quit it" the first time around. Especially when it's people like Dan that have their hand on my hip at dinner and I tell him to stop touching me there... it just feels weird and makes me self-concious! Stupid boy!
18 - There has yet to be a ranking system for my cuddly buddies... there are currently over 200 of them, male and female alike.
19 - I have had a similar bra size ever since I was in 8th grade... it's rather sad how they never change!
20 - I need more college friends, I only have one best friend there and mostly all others are people that I associate with and occasionaly go to dinner with, not hang out as much as I would like to... it makes me sad.
