tourniquet
I went to see Eps. 3 yesterday!! I'm not a big star was fan. In fact, that was the first star wars film I'd ever seen in theatres! It was incredible! Even I knew what to expect... yet I didn't. The entire story seethed hoplessness and darkness and an impending doom everyone couldn't deny. I will admit I always found Anakin's arrogance in either movies attractive in a way. He certainly really did love Padmé, that was evident but he never let anything get in his way but himself...
Well now I have to watch the original movies over again! lol
I also watched a new anime, well it's not new. Zone of the Enders, I think. Kinda cute. I guess I've got both feet in the doorway of Otaku-dom. Someone drag me out!!! LOL And I'm tryiiiing to get the tv show of Sailormoon burned. It didn't work today though. Bummer.
Ok I just realized that Rasputina's Tourniquet is NOT Rasputinas... in fact, I should hit myself. It's Mansons. I grew up, courtesy of Marino, to that song and spent 98% of my Jr. High and High school life listening to him. That's just what happens when I don't actually own Antichrist Superstar though. I found out that indeed, that entire album that that song is on of Rasputina's is a cover album. Including songs by CCR and Pink Floyd... THAT should be interesting... lol I like their version of Tourniquet n I like Manson's too, gee! Hope to check out more and find others that could be in the gothic genre. I've already gotten some forerunners like Sisters of Mercy and the prerequisite Bowie! Halfway there.
Poor Paola! She's had to read my half chorrent spanish! Well I'd better go to bed before it gets worse...and my English too!!
