Ok so NOW maybe I can talk.
Where to start? How bout today. Today I woke up at 10:30, realizing my manicure was at 11!! and paniced cuz I thought dad left me here but he was in the garage. Our pavilion tent for SCA event came today. Tommorow we're leaving for Newport, WA to Avacal's War. I hope it's interesting. Wars aren't too much fun for spectators and I doubt there'll be much vendors and I have very little money anways. We're leaving around 7:30. UGH.
I had a busy week in Kalispell, as you can guess. I got a major sunburn on my arms and the back of my neck from sitting in the sun 3 hours while Chrys took notes at the horse jumps for the Equestrian Olympic trials. She was judge at a jump and made sure each rider was marked for a score. We did this fri. and sat. It was at Rebecca farms which is owned by Jack Nicholson's stepdaughter! I got a souveneir canvas tote bag for "helping" (what help?? heh. Moral support...yeah...that's it... lol) so it's cool!!! I saw Chrys' play which was awesome. I went closing night as well and met famous Broadway prod. David Ackroyd (yes, he IS related to Dan). More ppl laughed this time, which I was happy to see and I laughed more myself, understanding it better.
Sunday I went to the Casting party at a lake in Big Fork (side note: I'm so tired that I accidentally typed Big Fish just now. If anyone asks what happens when you combine Big Fork and White Fish, THAT does!! LMAO Chrys!) It was nice. I pretended I could swim (though it was bad acting job)and didn't really talk to many ppl but I still had fun! Besides, I got a chance to even my tan!
That night, we went to Alpine Theatre to see another play. This time by Broadway performers. Songs For a New World. It's not really a play but a musical and it's not too deep. Just various songs about achievement, you could say.
Before the play, we went to Wasabi sushi bar but needless to say, neither of us had sushi. I couldn't afford it and she was a bit wary to try it! LOL I promised her I'd introduce it to her next time. Aaron Ramey was there, in the back, quietly reading before the performance. He was one of the four actors; he's played the beast in Beauty and the Beast on Broadway and done some other stuff. He's hot!!!! OH MAN. Chrys decided it'd be cool to send him some wine (just like in the movies!) We watched carefully but he never drank it. I guess cuz it was too near to performance time. But STILL!
So the play was ok! Nothing spectacular though. We talked alittle to David Ackroyd again and after the show, we met another actor/singer named Mike Eldridge and that was pretty cool!
The next day, we did some actual shopping! We went to Borders, which is an entertainment & bookstore similar to Hastings here in WA. But it's dangerous to bring me there!! Despite not having much money, by the time it was over, I'd bought about 5 books (though not all from the same store)!!!! GEESH. We went to TJ Maxx but as usual, nothing could fit me. Chrys found some KICKASS white stiletto-heels with light blue and white striped straps at the toe and ankle!!! For $7 what a steal by Steve Madden!! I left at 7 the night next evening; I was the only passenger till St. Ignacious and then there were 2. I met people from all over while waiting in Missoula for the bus. Even a guy who went to job corp. in ML!!!
I got on and sat next to a skater guy from Seattle; he had two skater kids with him, not more than 8, I'd say. Pretty nice guy! His voice was kinda effeminate but that doesn't mean much, I'd say. He LOVES all these ppl like Björk and PJ Harvey, which I think it is awesome! Chrys would've love him!!! He leafed through my stuff but I didn't have many cds and they were mostly the same thing. heh. I'm SO burned out of my stuff. *sigh*
We got into Spokane at 1:30; I spent a lot of time trying not to freeze and be comfertable. I was sooooooo tired. I almost cried when I got there. ALL I wanted to do was GO HOME. Mi novio me llamó but I didn't much feel like talking. I was so groggy I was a bit short with him and I found out he'd been waiting all night for me at a restuarant so I made him go home to sleep. He wasn't happy and neither was I.
We get to board at 2; I am tired, anxious and depressed at the moment. Just as everything is peachy, I find out we have to switch busses! No one is happy. The guy next to me snaps at everyone all the way home. I'm finally sleeping till we get to ML at 4 am!!! I get off and there's mom in her sweats and baseball cap. Incidently, I'm the only one with luggage off at this stop. I get home at 4:30 and promptly go to bed; I wake up at 10:30 my head spinning and throbbing.
Well, I just found out today that Kiyoji's is closing Saturday!! I can't go at all because I'm going to Newport for the weekend for an Event. What timing. I called Marino again though to wish people luck. I still wonder what'll happen and it still frightens me alittle. But I know everything will be fine...
Ojalá que sí...
