1. Please have some level of skill when submitting a tutorial, ask yourself "Would someone want to recreate this?"
2. Any Mod has the right to reject a member's post if she feels it is isn't up to the kind of quality we as a community are struggling to maintain. A Mod may or may not reject it with an explanation.
3. If for some reason an entry or tutorial passes the queue and we Mods feel later that it is not up to par, WE WILL DELETE IT. Please don't be offended, just practice and try again!
4. Questions about makeup in general can be asked in several other communities.
