Well, the TEFL course was shit and our "job placements" were moreso humanitarian missions than employment, so I'm done with TEFL International and the town of Ban Phe. Ko Samed is nice, but nothing special, and Ban Phe stinks of fish.
Peter arrives in BKK on Monday, which means I've a few days to kill. Therefore, I'm now in Cambodia. You know you've been eating too much rice when french fries doused in Cambodian-brand ketchup is the best thing you've ever tasted. Once I'm in BKK I'm going to eat a falafel, and it will likely be the most appreciated falafel that has ever been eaten in Southeast Asia.
I hear it's been snowy in Winnipeg, so I'll make a point of adding that the rainy season is over, so it's 30-something C and sunny every single day here.
