AND I ONLY NEED TO GET HALF AN EXCUSE AND I'M AWAY.

Turn off the lights
Blow out the candles tonight
Romance this chance to set angels to flight
Before they die
I'll take this ink from my arms and write your name in the sky
Please don't use my letters to start your fires this time

Of late I've been more focused, and I dare say so. Undoubtedly, though, speed is an issue and I forsee in the long run, time will ultimately haunt me as a problem. Badbadbad. ):

Saturday

Was pretty good. Woke early for RZ's extra Lit Class @ 9am. Everyone from A02 was present; even Johnny came and that's very much a surprise for Cat, Shan and I! :D Mhm, we rockzorz muchhhh. MFF came late and sat next to me. Think I was commenting too much during the video part, LOL. (OH, AND WHERE'S OUR STUDY DATE HUH, MFF? SOON OKAY!!)

The rest of the day was spent trying to study - which I did, albeit amazingly - and then taking a 4-hour nap. But that helped in being able to stay up at night to watch more Olympics :) Hoho, and I don't regret this part at all. Oh, not one bit, you can be assured!

NOW, I ABSOLUTELY JUST ADORE THIS MAN :D:D

One of my favouritest sports of all time (besides swimming, table tennis and gymnastics) to watch during the Olympics is Athletics. Especially the sprinting events, of course :) Seeing them run always hypes me up and causes an adrenaline rush throughout my body, as much as I sound crazy now! And most of all, it reminds me of my Cedar Track days. Oh, how I miss those days. ): I think I felt it was tough then... But each time I watch these athletes run with such crazy speed & determination, it just makes me wanna pick up my trusty yellow Asics spikes and get onto that red track to fly once more. I MISS CEDAR TRACK LIKE HELL ♥

Blimey, 9.69s is just madness, I swear. Explains the moniker "Bolt of Lightning"! Oh, and I believe God has blessed Jamaica with its awesome runners. Even for the Womens' Semifinals event, it was the Jamaican women who triumphed. Not to mention for Long D, Jamaican athletes are always part of the leading few. Must be in their physique, the way they have been made. Just stunningly speedy :) And praise God, they give glory to Him.

The Singapore Women's Table Tennis Team battles it out tonight with CHINA THE GREAT. I highly doubt the chances of FTW - yes, her name awesomeishly forms the acronym that also stands for "For The Win"!! - crushing Zhang D: Ah well, so much for faith; the Singapore paddlers are China women as well anyway. Nyehhh, that makes it so dull 'cuz in the end we'd be better off saying "LET'S GO, CHINESE!" anyway. They're prolly at the stadium already 'cuz it's a 30 minute ride to the Peking University Gymnasium, as stated in this morning's Sunday Times. I can only say 加 油 and in all honesty, a Silver Medal would leave me content :)

& if you think these words are directed at you, well.
