The past is nothing but a weight. It will build inside of you like a stone. Take it from me: If you hear the past speaking to you, feel it tugging at your back and running its fingers up your spine, the best thing to do - the only thing - is run.
Sometimes the past is something you just can't let go of. And sometimes the past is something you'd do anything to forget. Yet, sometimes, we learn new about the past that changes everything we know about the present. (Having said this, I rly do hope you decide to stay this time, because you're so much better than the one anything before.)
