I'm SO loving this arc. Just three (four?) chapters, and it's already reminding me that what kind of manga REBORN! really is--something I have forgotten during the future arc. Although I loved the future arc wholeheartedly, I'm more than glad that I HAVE MY REBORN! BACK!!! WITH ALL ITS LIGHTHEARTED CRAZINESS!! And to think that I was fully prepared to get disappointed after the intensity of the future arc...
ADELHEIDE AND SHITT P ROCKS. And Aoba's perceptive remark on Hibari's lack or proper reaction made me love him (I mean Aoba). And wasn't Gokudera so... ADORABLY GOKUDERA in this chapter?
Byakuran's hard-earned title of Queen (yes, queen) of Fabulousness and Everything Else Awesome is in serious jeopardy at this point. He never drove around in a floating car... thing...? going "BAFUUN BAFUUN~." Though now I feel like he should have, just because.
I CAN'T AGREE MORE. The fact that Byakuran did not recruited Shitt P as one of the Real Funeral Wreaths makes me seriously suspect some FLAW in his famed paranormal ability. I mean, she's, like, more than ALL of them combined, maybe except GHOST.
It's been pretty delightful so far. I agree that this kind of Daily Life stuff just feels more like KHR than most of the Future arc did, really. It's just not the same unless you have Reborn cosplaying and crazy things happening that are beyond anyone's capacity to explain.
Aoba is totally my favorite of the new guys except for Adelheid and Shitt P. and possibly Nametwin if he shows up more. XD Oh hell, I love them all. AND YES, THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS READING THE GOKUDERA SCENES, MY BRAIN WAS PRETTY MUCH A NONSTOP CHORUS OF "OH MY GOD I LOVE THIS KID SO MUCH." He is beyond adorable.
