Hmm.
So, the Doctor and Rose's romance is "overstated" huh? I'm almost certain that he didn't mean that as heartlessly as it sounds, but then RTD isn't greatly aware of fan opinion bless him.
I just don't quite get right now how you go from "And are in love with each other, absolutely, unashamedly, unreservedly." to "overstated".
Edit: Overrated and overstated are not the same thing. And yet they kind of are. "It's certainly some sort of love."? That's just a weird way of putting it.
Maybe I'm just tetchy. Hormonal perhaps. I just have that little ball of dread at the bottom of my stomach that wasn't there before. And everyone jumping on the squee bandwagon over a couple of other sentences makes me feel left out.
Edit: Between the kitchen and the living room I managed to change the word to something very different. But I'm still blah.
