Character Name: Merdith Imoen Lysander El'nehth. Goes by Milly, lots, thanks mom and dad.
Age: 24, looks about 16.
Race: Half elf, half human. Going with the standard fire elf here for the elf.
Description: Milly's a shortish, skinny and pale with stupidly red hair lady. Her nails are short, her clothing tends to be bit of a mess, and she's got a loud voice with a bit of a "damaged smoker" rasp and a good left hook.
Faction: At present, unaligned.
Role/Job: Milly runs the Coldfire Saloon, bar and stage. Details here!
Alignment: Very much of the neutral good.
Special Abilities: Milly is good with liquids! She can change their temperature (and she discovered this first, hence the bar name), and she can manipulate them over a limited distance, and can act as a dowser, although that's more unreliable. Also, did I mention that she can punch you really hard?
Background: The daughter of a happy elf and a human gypsy, born either before or shortly after the fall, Milly inherited the bar her freewheeling parents started up shortly after the bar to help bring back art to everyone. Although she fondly thinks of her parents as a pair of idiot idealists, she is dedicated to letting art and culture and happiness flourish where she lives, no matter what form that takes, and without any gods getting into the bargain.
Personality: Practical, receptive to the arts and artists, welcoming--those are the basic traits that make Milly up, but with a dash of cynicism underneath to keep it rolling, and also stubborn enough to keep her bar set up as a non-partisan area--she doesn't know about the cultist vs worshiper thing per se, but she does allow anyone in the door and isn't above kicking people out as necessary, no matter who they are. She wants to beliiive in you, guys. WANTS TO BELIEVE.
