Shit here has been... Fucked up with out a doubt. :( It doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon.

My hands have also been hurting a lot. I should probably go to the doctor, but I really don't want to.

Not sure. Haven't ever been to the doctor for it, but if I am on the computer or video games too much my hands an my wrists hurt. So it's probably CT or arthritis. Some times it lasts for a few weeks and sometimes its just a day or so. I have a brace that I sleep in for a few hours a night (til it gets annoying and wake up and take it off) and that helps.

Its just crappy because I have lots of work to do in school so when it does hurt it makes it really hard to do my work.

you should have that checked soon, where i work, carpal tunnel is epidemic & it can mess you up for a long time.

It's that bad? I don't really know any one that has it really. I don't want to have surgery; which is why I keep putting it off.

I haven't had time to read much of anything except my Juvenile Justice books...

it CAN be that bad. if you need surgery (which is not certain - sometimes rehab works) better to have it sooner than later.

as to your latest stuff on socialism, well, i think it's an overly general rehash of the pro-capitalist propaganda cliches that pass for political discussion in this country.

What I wrote yesterday was just based on the historical perspective of socialism.

Any form of government is bound to fuck something good up. Its government; its what they do. While I've got you. What do you think of this extended school shit?

look, you have GOT to break this habit of speaking in broad generalities (Any form of government...etc, etc.)
china is fucked up? ok, china is fucked up. china "went communist" in 1949. how much of its "fucked up-ness" is due to that, how much to its previous history of 150 years of domination and exploitation by western capitalist powers, as well as its own imperial past? let's get specific.
as to school, it's like jefferson said about government: less is better.
