For those in the public who might not be aware, we've arrested Harold Saxon, also known as the Master, in connection with a number of unsolved cases. Although I'm not obliged to release further information at this point, I can assure you that we're doin' all we can.
[Ray pauses here. It's not usually him doing this sort of announcement back home, and now he's finding making long announcements with the bare minimum of information isn't quite as easy as it looks.]
