I'm not building your projects for you. Remember that the project needs to follow the guidelines of your proposal- I will be grading based on accuracy

Well, it does convey the importance of this quiz, since my position depends on a certain percentage of the students passing. Can't have students accidentally sawing their hands off, now, can we?

Well, no. But you might want to phrase it differently or something. The way that sounds, it's like you might actually saw their hands off if they don't pass. On purpose.
