Good and bad, its all the same.
I need t make like a raddish necklace for my horse for halloween, and dye her blond...(she's a very very rich brown/bay...it'll be hard) and make her a blankie complete w/house coat o de arms neh? I mean, her name IS Luna...and she's very sweet but a little strange...
Or I can just paint/laquer and attach to her bridle the bad ass looks like a woodland bi-corn horn twig thinger I found in her field....
The kids and Luna are pretty much the driving force behind my semblance of sanity and happines right now.
Got fired last week.
Found out same day my favorite co worker was in ICU listed as critical.
Next day - mild stroke causes to collapse on floor and have to be drug to bed by Tim..who later carried me over his soulder downstairs to feed me pancakes and sausage. Hims good guy.
~Same day - Luna drama - She very lame, need vet...needs me come down....
~~still that day - struggle into clothes, drive about 50 miles, get things take care of abcess making Luna lame.
~~~lectured on how I basically suck as an owner...refuse to sign horsie over to other person, care for her foot (NOT EASY mind you I'm still getting back what little feeling/control I have on my right side and should be in the hospital at this point)
~~~~Spend most of day bawlin eyes out.
Rest of weekend - Drive over 100 miles a day making sure Luna's abcess is draining properly and is kept clean and dry. Devise duct tape boot and mix up white vinegar/iodine/sterile water solution to soak into cotton balls and use as packing to draw out infection. Use pretty purple vet wrap to keep tape from getting on hair.
It took three days to be completely healed, and now you'd never know anything had been wron.
Yeah, I NEEDED to have an emergency vet bill....the vet even told me he didn't need to come out since as soon as the abcess blew (she had two) her walk improved. Dur, the pressure from the puss was gone!
Roslyn gets rash - gets BAD squirty poop - gets infected diaper rash despite all efforts to thwart said rash. Poor Blake, his birthday he had to spend with my parents and the boys (but he got LJS/AW food so I dun wanna hear it! and he got a watch and cool sunglasses) and then in the doc office for Ros cause the earliest they could get her in was 3:45. Turns out she has stomach virus we can all expect to get, yeast infection on diaper rash, and the other rash is side effect of cicken pox vax. *sigh*
So after all that yesterday, had to rush home, drop off ros' script, bake cupcakes and get the grill fired up cause my folks were on their way up witht he boys for the b-day party...it went off fine, Tim gets a lil grumpy when the kids are all actin stupid but,...I can't blame him.
After everyone's in bed, snuggle up on couch for some Hak5 and Desert Punk, pass out, go upstairs, pass out again...get woken up repeatedly..(five or six times) by Ros...third night in a row...I'm exhausted....
Someone buy my car so I can pay it off and put a small down payment on something automatic? driving stick is killing me.
