Ah. I am back from the commune. I am a little bit lonely but mostly itchy. Clare's house seems to be a breeding-ground for all kinds of flesh-eating creatures. It is nice to be sleeping in my own bed, instead of sharing an elderly single mattress with another person on the floor. And having access to proper food. And not having unknown things biting me all the time. The camaraderie was nice, though.
My piercing is looking pretty gross at the moment. I think it is the normal post-getting-pierced grossness rather than the I'm-going-to-lose-a-limb grossness. Hopefully. I don't want to turn into the girl with the manky piercings.
I applied for a job at the JB HI FI down the road from my house. I hope I get an interview. It seems like a really cool place to work, plus, it's also super close and I wouldn't have to worry about hiding my piercing.
