I believe in a spirituality which is defined by physics. Matter nor energy can be created or destroyed. human life is basically matter (the body) and energy (which makes the body run) it has been proven that when i person dies they lose a certain amount of weight from thier body made up of energy and i believe water as well. This energy goes back into the system and is reused over and over eventually finding itself in a place where it is needed. Humans for example. or animals. thus i believe in a reincarnation not of souls but of energy which makes the body and the world run. You can never lose someone you love. everytime you take a breath they are there. helping you breathe. eachtime you see the wind blow in the trees. that is someone you love. Every tear you cry for them they know. because they are in those tears, in those breaths. There is no point in believing death has rid you of one you love or hate. they never left. they became a part of you.
