I cant get a fucking doctors appointment

I would kill myself but I am in this god forsaken country where I cant buy a gun and I would be afraid any other method just wouldnt do the job. furthermore I am afraid of going to hell and leaving my parents to take care of my student loan money. how fucking pathetic.
