Not New Years Resolutions

1.) Go to Church, not necessarily for god purposes but for having one ritual thing a week which lets me sit and be quite for a while and which will not allow me to get hammered every saturday night

2.) Start eating more fruits and vegetables

3.) Lose weight, but not a lot and do so by either walking everyday for a longer distance or by joining a class such as kickboxing, which would help relieve mental tension

4.) Cut down drinking

5.) write and paint more
