Rizzo, mighty hunter, missing friend.
Dear friends,
Rizzo, our 10 year old, Russian Blue cat died in his sleep of apparent
heart attack. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Born in Corpus Christie, Texas, he moved around with Laura for most of
the last decade. He made each new place his own. Always the mighty
hunter, even after losing his front claws, he had many lizard, bird,
mouse and other kills to his name. He came to live with me when Laura
moved in and, despite my skepticism, he won me over quickly, as he
did with all who knew him. He loved fish and anything with milk, from
cheese to stolen white russians. Please put aside the smallest bit of
your next bit of cream or cheese for him.
