Well time flys...
I was suppose to be moving by the end of August. Well hell Im moving in 9 days! Now for some reason it feels like its the end of August but its a month early. We found out that for the biggest 2 bedroom apartment (even out of everyone ive seen over SE MI) we can get it for 750$ if we move in by AUG 1st. So here I am with 9 days left and I dont have a damn thing packed.
We arnt getting charged by floor either, which was 10$ per floor. and we should get the month free which could also be used to make each month cheaper.
So now we are getting the bigger apartment that is cheaper than the small one we were going to get.
This apartment has 1086 sq ft.
Central AC
Living Room - 15 x 15 with gas fireplace (heats included) 3 good size closets
Dining Room - 11 x 9
Kitchen - 9 x 7 with bar and dishwasher
2 bathrooms (one in masterbedroom with standup shower)
washer and dryer
master bedroom - 15 x 12 with walk in closet to 2nd bathroom
my bedroom 13 x 10
Huge balcony
Well at least i get to enjoy the pools and lake before the season changes, i might pick up tennis since they got courts for it
Also I love the fact that we live off a lake. I hope we get something like a lakeview or at least close walking distance to it.
Also like the fact not far from Ann Arbor, so big college town with plenty to do. But also nearby to everything else.
