Sorry I haven't been using this lately. I have to admit when I moved into an apartment I never expected to find myself as busy as I have. School and misc. tasks take up sooooo much more time then I'd have ever thought. So I've been in GA for about a month and things are going well... The house is finally almost done.. ie. we have beds and mattresses and couches and the like. Just a note about moving off campus tho, its really weird cause your whole life no longer revolves around school or school activities. I like it and at the same time its weird cause I feel my life SHOULD revolve around school cause I still remember how it was in the dorms. Now I have issues like bugs, cooking, washing dishes, and grocery shopping on a weekly basis. These things arn't so bad, its just kind of a new experience for me.
I've been having fun none the less. I've gone to the beach and hung out in tide pools about a mile from shore. I found about 8 living sand dollars; 2 muscles; a crap; a dead jellyfish; and Ryan caught a fish with his hands in a tide pool, so we played with it for a while and then let it go. That was an awesome beach day. This weekend we went and saw Corpse Bride. I love Tim Burton! Unfortunately this movie was no where near Nightmare before Christmas but it was still fun. Then on Saturday, Ryan and I took the 4 hour drive up to Atlanta to go to an anime convention. It was also our one year anniversary, but we didn't do anything special since we went to the convention. It was a fancy good time, but I still like the IL convention better. It was still cool though, cause Ryan had never been to one. We left the convention on Sunday afternoon and came home and painted some more. We're priming some wood we bought cause we are building a really cool shelf system for our living room.
I apologize if this entry sucks. It's been a long time since I've written anything really and I don't even know where to begin w/ most things. I just wanted to make an entry so that my friends knew I was alive.. although I honestly don't think many people care what I do anymore. ::shrugs:: I donno. Thats all I've got for now.. Next Week: Weiner Dog race on River Street @ 11am.
