Made of WIN
So as always I am made of WIN!
As I posted before I decided to replace my laptop monitor myself since I didn't want to pay up to a grand to have someone else do it. I paid $170 for a new screen to be shipped to me, then succeeded yesterday in finishing getting it installed. The night prior I didn't have the right tools needed. After messing with the outer bezel for bob only knows how long, with Ob's help we got it off only to find I needed a practically microscopic phillips head screwdriver to finish the job *le sigh*. So yesterday I went by Wallys and bought myself a nice new set of screwdrivers which included just the size I needed.
The sweetest thing is that my old LCD screen was kinda opaque, and the new one is crystal clear (along with no pixel lines in it). I'm so friggin' excited and proud of myself *flexes*
