Have you tried the curry dishes? The ones at the curry stands... the fast food like places. Those are lovely. :D

I've heard their curry is sweet, and I do not like sweet dishes.

If you mean sweet like Thai curry, you've heard wrong? It's not really like Indian curry either, since there's no coconut milk in it. All the Japanese curry I've had has never been sweet... but I think you're thinking of a different curry. >.>

Iunno. A resident, his parents being Japanese, out here told me Japanese curry was sweet. And I've had Thai curry once before. Bleck. I just want some spicy curry, much like Indian curry. That stuff makes my day.
