We got the house. Not that I haven't heard that before, but for now it's a go. And only $66,000 instead of the $97,000 I was paying for the old house. I went to sign papers with my new broker/finance person/whatever they're called. Boring and uneventful, but I guess that's good. I'm tired of hearing about my "questionable" credit score though. 685 is not bad, when I've never been late on a bill in my life and have money left over in my bank account every month. Besides, the payments on the house will be $150 less per month than what I pay for rent now, even with insurance and taxes added in, so where's the problem people? Anyway, she's trying to get us in by Thanksgiving. We'll see.
I have a three day weekend, and I was going to go out all three nights, but my costume didn't arrive on time in the mail and it's suddenly 40 at night and 50s durring the day, so it's too damn cold to wander around in skimpy clothes in the middle of the night! I think I'm staying in and doing a spooky movie marathon instead. I'm sick again anyway, so it's probably for the best. Any suggestions for downloads? The spookier the better, although gore is okay too. Newer movies are prefered, but classics will be condidered.
