Hot... Hot... Too Damn Hot...
It's 90. In March. FUCK! I'm going to melt by the time July/August comes. Remind me agian why I chose to move to the middle of a Goddess damned desert?! And to think that there are still some people that don't believe in global warming. It should not be this hot this early. This is not natural!
Guess I'll be spending more time indoors. At least there are some movies that are out/comming out that I want to see. Theaters are always nice and cool. Only problem is getting to and from. I want to go see "Watchmen" again. Maybe on the IMax. I loved that movie! I'm cautiously looking forward to "Wolverine", since I'm a long time X-men fan and I love Hugh Jackman. I'm just worried about Gambit being in this one. He's my fave character, but I'm not impressed by what I've seen of him in the clips that are out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though. I like to try to go in to a movie with an open mind. Either way, I doubt the movie will completely suck. Which is more than I can say for what the live-action version of "DragonBall" will be. I'm not at all shocked by what I've heard from the early reviews. There are just some things that don't translate from illustration to life. DragonBall is definately one of them. Then again, James Marsters is playing my favorite character, Piccolo, so maybe I should give it a try anyway. Who knows. Maybe I'll get drunk first! That should help make it better.
Too bad I don't have a lover at the moment. Now that would be a good reason to stay in. Even if I would still be hot *LOL* Maybe I can order in. Anybody know of a mail-order giggalo service? I could order me a cute little subby boy (or maybe a girl, depending on my mood) to keep me company without ever leaving the luxury of airconditioning. Wouldn't that be nice.
Well, being stuck inside will give me more time to work on my writing and drawing. My ultimate goal is to be able to draw a short manga/comic of some of my short stories. I've wanted to see "Chance" illustrated since the day I wrote it, and that was a few years back. Someday *keeping my fingers crossed* I'll be able to share some illustrated bunny-boi smex with you all. I just don't expect it to be any time soon *LOL* At least I don't scare myself with the awfulness of my art any more. That's a good sign, right?
