Maybe I can rent one?

I think that my muse has abandoned me. *pouts* I spent the day cleaning, watched some "Robin Hood" (Guy rocks, I don't know why Marian would choose Robin over him, even if he is a tad evil on occasion *LOL*), picked up the mail, watched some "Doctor Who" and then decided to sit down and write. So, you may ask, what did I write? Three pharagraphs of "Second Sight" and one sentance of my new "Little Mermaid" story. Not even a full page between the two! Granted, the "Second Sight" scene was meant to be pretty funny and I had just watched 4.11 of "Doctor Who", which didn't leave me in a very funny mood (the trailer... gawd, but I wish it was Saturday already!) but I should have been able to write something. And then I tried to edit my Chance stories, since I've been wanting to make the three shorts that I've already done into something bigger for a long time, but I didn't get much done with that either except for correcting a few errors. It sucks! I used to have a dozen new ideas a day at work, and I was dying to get home to put my fingers to the keyboard, but now I'm lucky if I can follow my own notes. Nothing feels right any more. I haven't felt creative for months now. I put everything on hold when I moved in to my new apartment back in February, saying that I'd get started again when I got settled, but now it's June and I don't think I've written more than one short story in the whole time that I've been here! It's driving me nuts.

Now, since I've already whined so much, how about a funny story? Amber, you know the woman who gave you your kitten that lives here in the complex? Well, Saturday night I was comming home after work and she was on the same bus. On the way through the complex she notices that I'm going the same way, recognises me, asks about the kitten, and then starts walking with me. Now, I already knew that she was crazy, the last time we talked (the first time I'd met her) she talked about hating having cat hair on the crotch of her panties, but this time she says "Excuse me, I've got to do this," and starts yelling at some guy's window. Then she pulls down her pants and moons the window! It's right by the pool, and there were a few family there, but she yelled at some guy coming out of the pool for looking at her with her pants down! I made some excuse about wanting to check the mail and got as far away from her as I could! What a nut! *LOL*
