When I saw that title, I thought "Wow, the Japanese sure are progressive/weird. Now you can register marriage with a fictional manga character? Something like that one guy who married a game character..." ...err, nope, nothing THAT progressive happens, the truth is less freaky and actually a bit of a disappoitment after you read what´s really going on.
