Come on, a unicorn isn't the same as a person and Inferi can't think for themselves. They can only obey the wizard that reanimated them.

Unicorns can rarely be caught by people anyway, they're too fast. Besides, if a dark wizard was catching a unicorn and killing it, he would be doing it for its blood, wouldn't he?
