Problem: Keys locked in car.
Solution: Two lengths of badge-holder lanyards, a broken behind-the-ear headphone, and a rubberband.
Loop all of this together, catch onto manual window opener and bring it down just enough to squeeze your once busted up arm through to unlock the door.
*sigh*
