I like chatting with certain friends, so I'm up for phone calls with them. I text mostly with my relatives, though we did call my sister to thank her for the giant box of peeps she sent Pat for his birthday. He was being a smart ass when she asked what he wanted. She'd given him two things at Christmas which he loved, so he didn't want to her to bother sending him another gift so close to the holiday. So...he said he wanted "peeps." Those marshmallow chicks that people by at Easter. Well, she sent him 20 boxes of peeps! He was shocked. So he called her and she said, "I either go big or I don't go!" They really had a good laugh over it.
They both crack me up.
I never knew anyone who flew the Concorde, but I do remember when Phil Collins did it so he could be at two events that were happening the same day in the UK and the USA - and he appeared at both.
