Read the clue posted every 12 minutes, figure out the location, simple right? WRONG!
Clue #1. Dinner at SIX
Capitalized SIX seemed like the focus. Claire shops at SIX, never mind the fact SIX isn't an eatery but a fashion accessory shop. Ran down City Link mall to SIX.
Clue #2. The longest established local bank
OCBC hands down - there's one just facing SIX. Wow I MUST be in the right spot. But there's no one looking suspicious there - he must be moving! Tok then joins me after work.
Clue #3. In case you're wondering, I'm Caucasian.
While Tok gave birth to brown babies, I spotted a Caucasian man waiting around suspiciously outside SIX and OCBC who kept looking at his phone. He then answered a call and started walking towards Suntec in a hurry. Could he be the Tweetmaster receiving new instructions? I followed him there, where he met his wife and son. Oops wrong number. We then remembered seeing a Caucasian man walk past us, carrying an expensive camcorder, towards Raffle's City and we started running there too.
Clue #4. Land of the Uppercase
CapitaLand - Raffle's City is run by them! The said Caucasian man heading in that direction has to be the one! We must be on the right track!
Clue #5. I'm dressed in white.
Said Caucasian man was dressed in white - It must be him, find him!
Clue #6. Backed by a lot of $$$.
He must be at the basement of Raffle's City - there's A cluster of THREE ATMs. ( a lot = 1 cluster, THREE ATMs = $$$) Meanwhile, Tok saw a Caucasian man in white shirt and brown blazer a second time who appeared to be aimlessly wandering Raffle's City. Suspicious much, so he stalked him. After 5 minutes at the ATMs with no Ang Mohs in sight, I went to Tok's location and said "Tweet tweet" behind the unsuspecting man but it wasn't him and he didn't turn around. Also, he bought some diamond jewelry so it couldn't be him.
Clue #7. Cry me a river.
River Island. But no one there.
Clue #8. Hanging out with the Asian wax figurines.
The mannequins in one of the shops? None of them were Asian - something must be wrong! I suspected the Asian Civilizations Museum but thought the Tweetmaster couldn't have walked that far in 12 minutes.
Clue #9. I like live bands.
No live bands in Raffle's City till next week he must have left the building. Claire suggested Timbre - but which one? The one at the Arts House near Singapore River made the most sense, but was it worth the risk and long walk? Next clue comes out.
Clue #10. I'm folding my arms, standing by the palm trees, waiting for you. Hurry!
Raffles Hotel just across the road, within sight, has plenty of traveler's palm trees lining the roads. It must be there! We searched the entire compound and when it was time for the next clue, nothing happened - he must've been found already!
And true enough "he" has been. Tweetmaster was a man, but now a statue... of Sir Stamford Raffle's.
The answers revealing SSR the Tweetmaster's location were then posted online and here they are:
Silly and yet VERY coincidental, huh?
