I have finally received the Six Feet Under collectors boxset in the mail. I will not be seeing anyone until I've watched all 62 episodes in order. once that is done, i will take a break to go out drinking with the friends before i start the 24 hours worth of commentary.
I will be making this a positive chunking of time though. I plan on watching four hours worth os SFU a day. No more, no less. of those four hours, two hours and ten minutes will be devoted to working out while i'm watching them.
Following my routine of cardio and yoga that i used last fall and i looked good in; i will now be adding 30 minutes of strength training to compensate for my lack of it. -- the only perk to working at Home Depot while in school was the fact that all the arduous physical labor i put in resulted in nicely sculpted arms, back and chest.
So i figure if i do an hour of light to moderate cardio, take an hour break to cool down and enjoy the 2nd episode then do 30 minutes of strength training on the equipment in the house during the first half of the 3rd episode, second half of the episode devoted to re-hydrating and the first 40 minutes of episode 4 doing yoga/pilates routine that i've memorized and never fails to kick my ass.
hopefully if i can maintain that routine and devote myself to throwing up 3 out of 7 dinners of the week; i'll be able to sleep in an envelope by june.
just kidding about the purging.
all kidding aside though.. my ass is going to be as hard as a rock and I'm going to be salivating over Nathan & Federico..... nto to mention Claire's boyfriend at the end of season 5.
