Awwww...it's so fluffy and funny and cute! Teal'c was such a wonderful friend, making up an excuse to stay with Jack outside the village. Although I guess since he doesn't sleep anyway--at least, I would think he wouldn't in this story...

And the punishment was fitting, considering the fruit. I guess the apple request was pretty transparantly begging for a Christian-influenced culture. ;-)

Of course, the story is written Jack POV...who knows, maybe she sneaked a little peek?

I also had a thought that, in this situation, the other members of sg1 could have come up with the method of atonement to play a funny little joke on Jack. After all, he wasn't in the room...

Maybe he could find out about it when he goes invisible - or when he overhears one of them telling Cam or Vala what they did...
