new job
well i got the chef job whooooo been there about 2 weeks now and love it all the chefs are cool and there is even a fellow geek there who is really intrested in going to some cons so when we are both on we just talk all the time its a really busy place we take in about 1000 a day ex a sat when its over 2000 and we get staff drinks on a fri and sat night and tips so getting more in there than the factory and u r not treated like crap its a good job took a while to learn the menu but do now got 3 of the dishes i was not sure about tonight so know how to make them fine now lol got my first blister in the kitchen tonight dam baked potatos lol i bunrned my self 5 times 2 night 3 of witch were bad enough to leave a bad mark lol so i am finaly back in the kitchen after a 6 year break lol the head chef is 24 if i had stayed in the hotel i would prob be a 2nd or haed chef by now lol but least i still had all my qualifications so could get a job easy enough
