Okay, I had two versions of the following, a nonanimated version that was all foggy and brooding, and this animated one; for some reason I can't find my nonanimated version.

I created the base image by merging a photo of the Tonner Snape doll with a photo that to me was suggestive of Spinner's End...the result was rather like Snape's ghost returning

Okay, both animated templates were done with animated templates at http://funphotobox.com/

The site has both animated and nonanimated templates, all you need is to upload your own picture into the template.

The site also has a menu tab for "Face Effects" that brings you to the Face In Hole page whose templates I used for most of the nonanimated images, except for the Bellatrix Wanted poster, which is a Fun Photo Box nonanimated template.

It's not free, but it's only $19.95, and I find it very easy to use.
