gym update

Well today was by biggest workout so far. Started with 25 mins on the bikes at a constant 9mph. Then over 30 mins in the weight room where my best set was 100lb on the leg press. The other weights were all increased a bit, but nothing like that one, it was very cool. I then finished off with 5 mins on the rower as a cool down. I was well knackered afterwards, and I can feel a bit of stiffness arriving, but it was a great workout. Next one on wednesday all going well.
