Character Discussion: Ann McGinnis
This season of Major Crimes introduced to us a new character in the form of S.O.B's Ann McGinnis. Right from the earliest introductions we learned that she is a tough-as-nails cop who takes tremendous pride in her job and in protecting her own. We even got a glimpse at some backstory for the character in her vrey first episode,Two Options (3x07). Interviews with James Duff revealed that there may be a spin-off in the works staring McGinnis and her team, but that has yet to be confirmed.
What did you think of McGinnis? Were you a fan or not so impressed by the inclusion of this new character? How do you feel about the Major Crimes team working with S.O.B more often in either future episodes or in the event of another spin-off? Are you hoping for more McGinnis in season 4 of Major Crimes?
