Being 21 (almost 22) isn't all it's cracked up to be. Sure, it's nice to be able to get into bars and shows, but there is a negative side to being this age too. Kids constantly ask me to buy booze for them. Then, with a wink, they'll undoubtedly give me an extra two dollars to get a "little something for myself". The only thing I can get with two dollars is a lottery scratch-off, you fucking twit.
I'm disgusted with people in general. Whatever happened to common courtesy and kindness? Why don't people bless each other when they sneeze, or hold the door for one another, or even smile just to be nice anymore? People are just rude and self absorbant. I'm quickly losing faith in the human race. It's depressing.
Other things:
- I'm currently drinking a glass of egg nog, and it's not as tasty as I remember it being. Oh well.
- Rufus Wainwright's new album is super.
- My senior project is nearing completion. This calls for a celebration, bitch.
- If anyone has the "Jaws" theme song, please send it to me via IM.
- Jason got a new puppy named
Emily and she is the cutest thing in the world. She shits a lot, but even her terds are adorable.
I never have anything interesting to write about anymore.
