I had a friend you know...
I have this memory which apparently happened a long time ago. But it is difficult to say as of course most of my memories are implants designed to enable me to function with organic life. But anyway, I had this friend, her last name was Necessary and she was one of these people who just wasn't very good at anything. She was very clumsy in the extreme, I remember trying to get her to ride my bike one time and she skinned her knees quite badly. She couldn't even ride a bike without stabilisers (training wheels) while the rest of us were racing around like maniacs. Well a couple of years after that I had a friend ran up to me, breathless and told me she was riding a bike! I was dumb founded and all I could say was: "Isabel Necessary on a bike?"
