(no subject)
So, in addition to I'm Yours, Teenage Dream is also stuck in my head. Is it sappy love song week in my brain or what?
I gave in (?) and went to Borders to buy Pandora Hearts vol.1. I now have all the volumes of the official releases.@_@ Well, at least I used a coupon and it was relatively normal priced! Mostly I bought it because it will complete my collection and also because there are some lovely creepy Breaks in there - being the first volume and all, there's no evidence of his squishy weak-against-cute center yet, so his creepy expressions are really nice. :D
But really, I think my favorite expressions are not so much Break-Break or Kevin-Break expressions, but maybe Hatter-Break ones. Vol. 4 was awesome in that way because we get long-haired Break, and near the end it was awesome scary smiley times! I used to think that was Kevin, but noooooo, Kevin seems too serious for that, as revealed later. That was probably 100% Mad Hatter cackling there...
Also, vol. 1 had Break being mean to Alice (though not as mean as he was in the anime, wtf, anime, adding random violence?). It would almost seem wrong until I realized recently that Alice-in-Oz's body had threatened Sharon with a knife.
I mean. That's just Not Done. That's asking for beatings, right there.
And chapter 60...Elliot...;_____; Not to mention now both Break and Reim are back to being bed-bound. The Oz angst also hurts ;_;. (Gil's sanity..........well, I think it'll hold, for a bit. I'm waiting for the scanlation before passing judgment on Gil - he probably IS just worried about Oz above all else, but Elliot WAS his brother, even if it wasn't a blood relation...It had seemed like they were fairly close, based on that talk they had when Gil got Raven...)
...I inked today. Still hate it with the burning of a thousand suns. :|b
