(I'm jealous, I'll probably never be able to afford a house, much less move back to CA T_T) It looks really nice, and I'm excited for you on this new venture! XDDDDDD Oh yes, and you can has fireplace!!!!! Awesome! (but it does get cold up there...sometimes)
