I now feel like I was kicked yesterday. Oh, wow, they weren't kidding when they said that it hurts the most the 2nd and 3rd day. I tried getting up today and went "O-hahaha, fuck, owwww". I haven't had to roll out of bed because of sore abs for a long time now. If only it didn't, you know, HURT.
Here's to hoping it's better tomorrow, because those planks have seriously pissed me off now and I want to get better at them. GAR. Sadly, I can't even do crunches right now. LAME.
